Compliance with liquor license laws is crucial to the success of a restaurant or bar. The inspection will identify areas of non-compliance and the training will teach staff the importance of compliance and strategies to maintain compliance which will prevent exorbitant NYS Liquor Authority fines and possible permanent loss of the liquor license.
